Our physical therapists come to your home for treatment sessions. We will help you prepare for your surgery, recover after your procedure. Our therapists will ensure you have necessary equipment for a safe and comfortable recovery. Pre-operative in-home assessment will take roughly an hour and any follow-up visits will last about 45 minutes.

Our Capitol Hill outpatient clinic is accessible to the orange, silver, and blue metro lines. It is a 5-minute walk away from the Potomac Ave metro stop or an 11-minute walk away from the Eastern Market metro stop. There is also street parking outside of the clinic, along Pennsylvania Ave. SE if you are driving. 

We are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

If you are in-network with a major commercial provider, you can schedule an appointment without a referral. We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carefirst BCBS, and other major insurance plans. For Medicare patients, we would require a referral. Once you submit the form, our front desk team will reach out for more information to get you set up for your first appointment. Once you are added to our system, you will receive a digital intake form and an email from our billing coordinator about billing details. Please complete the intake form before your first appointment.

Each session is approximately 1 hour.

Each patient will receive a personalized treatment plan according to their condition. Our therapist will perform a mix of manual therapy, exercises, stretches, heating/ice pack with compression, cupping, and massage gun therapy.
